u7777 Platform Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all supplementary agreements published by u7777:

• "u7777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the u7777 platform, its operating entity, and any affiliated subsidiaries or licensees responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" means the u7777 website accessible at u7777.bio, its mobile-optimised web application, and any associated software, interfaces, and services made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the u7777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created and held by a User on the u7777 Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Services" encompasses all products offered through u7777, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, crash games, and any future products introduced to the Platform.
• "Funds" means real-money Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited into and held within a User's u7777 Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credits awarded to Users under specific promotional terms, distinct from real Funds until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of qualifying bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable as real Funds.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" refers to the identity and age verification procedures u7777 is obligated to perform under its international gaming license terms.

By accessing the u7777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any Service offered by u7777, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, policies, and guidelines published by u7777 from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and u7777.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the u7777 Platform and, if applicable, request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the u7777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account usage:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or above. u7777 strictly prohibits access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority applicable in any particular jurisdiction.
2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national law, and where u7777's international gaming license does not extend coverage.
4. You must not be a director, officer, employee, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of u7777 or any affiliated entity.
5. You must not have been previously excluded from the u7777 Platform through self-exclusion, involuntary suspension, or permanent account closure for breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register one Account on the u7777 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your u7777 login credentials, including your username and password. u7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You agree to:

• Notify u7777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Never share your Account password with any third party;
• Use a unique, strong password not reused across other platforms;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available on the u7777 Platform;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

u7777 reserves the right to verify the identity of the Account holder at any time by requesting government-issued identification documents. Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

u7777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash EasyPaisa Raast Interbank QR HBL UBL Meezan Bank 1LINK Retail Cash (OTC). No third-party deposits are permitted. All deposit funds must originate from an account registered in the User's own name.

1. The minimum deposit amount at u7777 is PKR 200. Maximum single deposit limits are determined by the selected payment method and the User's current account verification status.
2. Deposits are credited to the u7777 Account wallet upon confirmed receipt. Processing times vary by method — mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) are typically instant; bank transfers may take 15–30 minutes.
3. u7777 does not charge internal deposit processing fees. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider remain the responsibility of the depositing User.
4. u7777 operates an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Deposits that exceed defined thresholds or exhibit suspicious patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
5. Deposits are made voluntarily. u7777 accepts no responsibility for deposits made under compulsion, addiction, or any impaired judgment. Responsible gaming tools including deposit limits are available from your Account settings.

Withdrawals of real Funds from a u7777 Account are subject to the following conditions, which must all be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:

1. Identity Verification: KYC verification must be complete. First-time withdrawals require full document submission regardless of deposit amount or account tenure.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
3. Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternate method has been verified and approved by u7777's compliance team.
4. Wagering Compliance: Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before real Funds accumulated from bonus play become eligible for withdrawal.
5. Processing Timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. u7777 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests received before 11:00 PM PKT.
6. Withdrawal Limits: Standard withdrawal limits apply by account tier. VIP-tier members (Diamond Suite, Obsidian Crown) may have elevated limits assigned to their accounts upon request to their dedicated account manager.

u7777 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each promotional offer is available to eligible users who meet the stated criteria at the time of the offer. u7777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are separate from real Funds and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are stated clearly for each promotion and typically range between 10x and 40x the bonus amount.
• Only certain game types and specific games contribute to wagering requirements. The contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational gambling purposes only. Any systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies, or bet pairing across multiple accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in void of all associated winnings and account closure.
• u7777 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Users who have already accepted an offer are not materially impacted retroactively.
• Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to a bonus, it will be stated explicitly in the promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum derived from Bonus Funds will not be eligible for withdrawal.

All gameplay at u7777 — including live casino games, slot machines, sports betting, fishing games, and crash products — is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the relevant game or betting interface:

1. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino products, by genuine real-world physical events (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) observed in real time. u7777 cannot and does not manipulate game outcomes.
2. Sports betting results are settled based on official results from the governing body of the relevant sport. Cricket betting results are settled based on official scorecards from the relevant cricket board (PCB for domestic, ICC for international).
3. In the event of a technical error, connection failure, or software malfunction that occurs during gameplay, u7777 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet stake to the User's wallet. Completed game rounds where results have been confirmed are final and not subject to reversal.
4. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per table, game, and market. These are displayed within each game interface. Attempting to place bets that exceed stated limits may result in automatic bet rejection.
5. u7777 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account where unusual betting patterns are identified that suggest market manipulation, advantage play beyond normal parameters, or coordination with other users to exploit pricing inefficiencies.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the u7777 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of more than one u7777 Account per individual;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using u7777 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any transaction designed to conceal the origins of unlawfully obtained funds;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical, software-based, or collusive means;
• Engaging in collusive betting, chip dumping in live casino games, or coordinating with other users to create artificial betting patterns;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over u7777 or other users;
• Accessing or attempting to access the u7777 Platform or its backend systems without authorisation, including through hacking, injection attacks, or reverse engineering;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in sports markets in a systematic manner to extract guaranteed profit;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in u7777's reasonable assessment, constitutes abuse of the Platform, its staff, or other users.

u7777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining an environment in which gambling is conducted safely, honestly, and within the personal means of each User. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered u7777 Account holders:

1. Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
2. Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session duration limits, after which the platform will automatically log the session out with a summary of activity during that session.
3. Reality Check Notifications: Periodic notifications during gameplay sessions to remind Users of elapsed time and activity.
4. Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, the User cannot access the Platform or reverse the suspension.
5. Self-Exclusion: Users may permanently self-exclude from the u7777 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and cannot be cancelled during the active exclusion period. All self-excluded users are removed from marketing communications immediately.

u7777 strictly does not permit underage gambling. All accounts undergo age verification. If u7777 reasonably suspects that an Account is being used by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification. u7777 encourages any user who believes they may have a gambling problem to make use of the self-exclusion tools available within their Account or to seek support from qualified organisations.

All content on the u7777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the proprietary intellectual property of u7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the u7777 Platform solely for the purposes of personal recreational gambling in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without u7777's express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of u7777's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u7777 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or failure of the Platform caused by circumstances beyond u7777's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or acts of government;
• Any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from compromised login credentials;
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any sports data, odds, statistics, or informational content displayed on the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred by a User in the course of normal platform use. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and all Users acknowledge and accept this risk at the time of registration.

Nothing in these Terms limits u7777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

u7777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between u7777 and each User. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by u7777 is used exclusively for the purposes of account operation, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and the delivery of personalised gaming experiences. u7777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated third parties only where required by law, payment processing necessity, or licensing obligations.

u7777 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, u7777 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account or through a notice prominently displayed on the Platform.

The amended Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice or, in the absence of a specified date, upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the u7777 Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u7777's international gaming license is issued. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Where u7777 is engaged in regulatory dialogue with its international licensing authority in connection with a User dispute, the outcome of that regulatory process shall be binding on both parties to the extent required by the licensing conditions.
